Pack links and email topics

For an expired pack link, put the original signup address in the Email field and write “Expired estimate pack” in the subject. We verify the original request before reissuing files. A replacement download does not subscribe you again.

To change email topics, use that same address and write “Email topics” in the subject. In the message choose estimates and job costing, mobile field workflows, or invoices and billing. We confirm the request before changing your topic. To stop marketing immediately, use the unsubscribe link in an email.

What to include

• Page or file reference and version.
• The field, formula or statement that needs checking.
• A short, non-confidential reproduction and any relevant primary source.

Use this form for resource corrections, pack access and email-topic requests. Do not paste a private download token into your message.
