Email and pack requests

When you request the pack, we send your email address to Sequenzy to deliver the files, estimating tips and software comparisons. A confirmed signup gives you a download link immediately and in the welcome email. We record the consent wording and version, time, source page, country and estimating topic. Private request records use a keyed identifier rather than storing your raw address or IP. Sequenzy stores your email address, consent attributes and email activity to operate the programme. We keep request and consent records while the subscriber record exists; opt-out records are retained to honour your choice. Private download grants expire after seven days. Anyone with your link can use it, so keep it private. This is single opt-in: entering an address does not verify that you own the mailbox. Do not submit someone else’s address.

Your working files

Private costing and customer details belong in your own file copies. The public examples use made-up data. Do not enter confidential job information into a public example or send your private workbook with a correction request.

Contact messages

The contact form asks for your email address and message, with an optional name and subject. We use those details to review and answer your request, not to subscribe you to marketing. Include only what is needed to explain a resource correction.

Spam checks use a hidden form field, a signed form token and limited request records. Accepted messages are queued for delivery to our mailbox. The delivery queue retains messages for up to 90 days; correspondence may remain in the mailbox while we handle your request. Do not send private job files or customer details.

Site preferences and measurement

The site supports consent preferences and loads configured analytics only under the applicable consent controls. The software buttons are ordinary product links without affiliate or subscriber identifiers. Our comparison links in email carry an opaque reference to your earlier signup. When you follow one, our site records the comparison visit with Sequenzy to tailor estimating topics and stop inactive subscriptions. The reference grants no files, is removed from the address bar, and is not passed to software providers. This uses no tracking cookie. Sequenzy also records delivery and email clicks. We do not use email opens alone to select topics. Reading a template does not submit its contents or your private job information.

External sources

Primary-source links open other organizations' sites, which have their own policies. Importing a private copy into your Google account uses that account's services and sharing settings. No hosted master link or shared customer-data store is provided here.

Your choices

Read the public guidance without an email address. Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email; we preserve that suppression rather than silently resubscribing you. Choose your initial email topic on the request form. Use the contact link in email to ask us to change topics, or to request access, correction or deletion. Sequenzy and Cloudflare process programme and delivery data on our behalf, potentially outside your country. Keep your file copies private, review their sharing settings and use the contact form for a privacy question without including sensitive data.
