Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
By using contractorestimatetemplate.com (Contractor Estimate Template) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
General information only
Our content is general information. It isn't legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and it can't account for your exact situation. Check anything that matters with the relevant provider, authority or a qualified professional.
General information only, not professional advice. Everyone's situation is different, use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where it matters.
Pack requests and email
Requesting the pack also subscribes you to estimating tips and software comparisons. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. A successful request provides a private seven-day download link on screen and by email. Keep that link private; it can be used by anyone who has it. Contact us about an expired link without sending customer or job files. Reissuing a pack does not resubscribe an opted-out address.
No warranties
We work to keep pages accurate and current, but content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Details such as product specifications, availability and official guidance can change after we publish. We're not liable for decisions made or losses arising from use of the site, to the extent the law allows.
Our content
The text, images and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. Please don't copy whole pages or republish our content elsewhere. You may adapt our blank templates for your own business job records and customer documents. Do not resell or repackage the original files as a template library.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
Corrections
If you spot something out of date or wrong on a page, tell us and we'll check it against the original source and fix it. We would rather correct a page than leave a reader with bad information.
